Branding settings help Layest communications and customer-facing experiences feel like part of your organization.

What you can configure

Depending on your workspace and plan, administrators can manage:
  • company name and logo
  • primary brand colors
  • default workspace language
  • sender name and email presentation
  • a custom verified email domain

Create a consistent experience

Use the same approved logo, company name, and brand colors that appear in your other customer communications. Choose a default language that fits the majority of workspace users; individuals can still use their own supported interface preference where available.

Set up a custom email domain

A custom domain can make Layest-sent email more recognizable and trustworthy.
1

Enter the intended domain

Use a domain your organization controls.
2

Add the requested DNS records

Ask the colleague or provider responsible for your domain to add the values shown by Layest.
3

Verify the domain

Return to Layest and complete verification after the DNS changes have propagated.
4

Send a controlled test

Check the sender, logo, links, language, and attachments before using the configuration with customers.
DNS changes can take time to become visible. Keep the Layest verification values exactly as shown.
Only use company domains and visual assets you are authorized to configure.
