Your Finlay conversation history keeps useful analysis close at hand. Reopen a discussion when new information arrives instead of rebuilding the context from the beginning.

Manage conversation history

From the conversation list, you can:
  • search by conversation title
  • reopen and continue an earlier discussion
  • rename a conversation so colleagues can recognize its purpose
  • star important conversations for quicker access
  • delete conversations you no longer need

A simple naming pattern

Use a title that combines the subject, purpose, and period:
Vienna Portfolio — Quarterly Review — Q3 2026
Clear names make recurring work easier to find and distinguish drafts from final reviews.

Continue with fresh context

When you return to an older conversation:
  1. check which files, folders, or records were used
  2. explain what has changed since the last discussion
  3. attach newly relevant material
  4. ask Finlay to refresh the result rather than assuming it is still current
Treat generated content as decision support. Review important figures, source material, and conclusions before sharing or acting on them.
Star conversations that support recurring reporting or review cycles. Rename them when the scope changes substantially.
