Your Layest workspace is the shared home for your agents, files, Data Collections, reports, and the whole team.

1. Create your workspace

Go to app.layest.com and sign up with your business email, or accept an invitation from your team. Define the name of your company. This name appears across the platform and in future company-level references, so use the name your customers and colleagues expect.

2. Invite the right people

Open Settings → Members and select Invite Members. Available roles are designed for different levels of responsibility: You can also require KYC verification or an NDA signature as part of an invitation when your onboarding process needs it.
Only owners and admins can manage sensitive workspace settings. The exact actions visible to each member depend on their role and the resources available in your workspace.

3. Add your branding

In Settings → Branding, administrators can configure:
  • company name
  • company logo
  • primary and secondary brand colors
  • default language for external content
  • sender address and a verified email domain
Branding appears in emails and shared content seen by customers, investors, and other external users.

4. Organize the workspace menu

Open Settings → Workspace to decide what appears in the main navigation. You can:
  • show, hide, and reorder product areas
  • organize agents and Agent Groups
  • add Data Collections to the menu
  • provision Layest-managed Data Collections when a workflow needs them
Keep the first version simple. Add only the areas your team will use immediately.

5. Check your plan and capacity

Open Settings → Billing to see your active plan, AI credits, members, Data Collections, connected accounts, connector requests, and storage usage.
